Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once a session has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with your experience please contact us directly and we will work to find a fair resolution.

Scope of Service

Our editing sessions involve working alongside the client to sort, edit, and return objects within the home. Our services do not include the removal, hauling, donation, or resale of items unless explicitly agreed upon in writing in advance of the session. We are not responsible for the disposal of items the client chooses to release.

Access and Conditions

The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the agreed spaces on the day of the session. La Maison Épuré reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if conditions are unsafe or materially different from those described at booking.

Photography

We will not photograph your home or its contents without your explicit consent. Any photography agreed upon for portfolio or marketing purposes will be subject to a separate written agreement.

Liability

We take reasonable care in all sessions. La Maison Épuré is not liable for pre-existing damage to objects or spaces, or for the client's decisions regarding items retained or released during the editing process. Our liability is limited to the value of the session fee paid.

Travel

Travel beyond a defined radius is billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate, confirmed at the time of booking. Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has commenced.

PART TWO — SHOP AND PRODUCT SALES

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Confirmation of your order does not constitute acceptance until payment is processed and confirmed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Commerce and its payment partners. We do not store payment card details.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

For large or heavy items marked as local pickup or regional delivery only, no shipping will be offered. These terms will be clearly stated in the product listing.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind and antique nature of our inventory we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances: the item arrives materially damaged in transit, or the item is materially different from its description. In either case you must contact us at bonjour@lamaisonepure.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and offer a resolution which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Item Descriptions and Condition

Many of our pieces are antique, vintage, or one-of-a-kind. Wear, patina, and minor imperfections consistent with age and use are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund. Dimensions are provided in good faith and are approximate. We encourage you to contact us with questions before purchasing.

Local Pickup and Regional Delivery

Items designated for local pickup must be collected within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Items designated for regional delivery will be arranged directly with the buyer following purchase. Delivery fees will be confirmed at time of arrangement.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided the item has not yet been shipped or prepared for pickup. To cancel contact bonjour@lamaisonepure.com immediately with your order reference.
